The School is a purpose-built art school,
with a central skylight above the atrium,
huge windows & lots of natural light. Stoke College has a banner & signmaking workshop in the School.
Frames are available.
In 1999 our beautiful Edwardian art school was
re-opened after a £1.2-million refurbishment.
Since then we have staged over 100 exhibitions by
local, national and international artists & designers.
The School of Art is now totally self-funding and
employs two people. All the school's units are now
fully occupied - and
new shop-studio units for artists opened
nearby in Queen St. in Spring 2005. Burslem School of Art is
thriving once again!
Opening 21st Oct 05
